Our smoked ham is a testament to quality and tradition, sourced from our heritage pigs raised in the woods in the heart of Arkansas. These hams are a far cry from grocery store, factory farm pork. Our pigs are allowed to roam freely in their natural habitat, foraging for acorns and other nutritious elements, which results in a rich and distinctive flavor profile and wonderful texture. Each ham is carefully smoked to perfection, ensuring a tender meat and a robust taste that reflects the care taken in their rearing and preparation. We offer two curing options for our hams:
Naturally-cured ham: No synthetic nitrates/nitrites are added. This natural cure uses celery powder as a curing agent, and makes for a fantastically delicious, naturally cured ham.
Classic, Smoked Ham: This is the classic, pink ham we all know and love. It is cured conventionally and delivers an incredible flavor, quality, and texture sure to please everyone.
